Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising participants, teaching and evaluating students, and attending mandatory trainings while maintaining a professional appearance and high customer service standards. Starting pay ranges from $13.50 for Aide up to $17.00 per hour for Instructor, with $15.00 for Assistant.

Qualifications

• American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AED.
• Ability to positively interact with the general public.
• Submission of PA School Personnel Health form.
• Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and evaluates students participating in swim lessons.
• Work hours as scheduled which includes arriving 5 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
• Submits completed time on time.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
• All other duties as assigned and appropriate.
