Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-K–12 assessments focusing on gross motor development and mobility.
• Create and implement therapy goals via IEP/IFSP processes and determine therapy frequency and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, related-service providers and medical staff to support mobility and learning.
• Complete therapy documentation, evaluations, progress reports and Medicaid billing on time.
