Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a School Physical Therapist for a 36-week contract in Northampton, Massachusetts, to provide assessments and therapy for students across two buildings. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and district staff to support student progress and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires MA PT license and 1+ years of experience, with the ability to manage a caseload of 11–15 students. Weekly direct deposit and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license required.
• 1+ years of experience as a PT.
• Caseload of 11-15 students across two buildings.
• Excellent communication with teachers, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities
