Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract—full-time role in Orlando, FL. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, performing treatment, implementation, and documentation according to the plan of care, with a 37.50-hour workweek.

The position requires current PTA licensure in Florida, CPR if applicable, and compliance with health and regulatory requirements; one year of PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.
• CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate as per contract/state regulation.
