Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, reliable School Personal Care Assistants to support students in the Unionville-Chadds Ford area. This role offers a Monday–Friday school day schedule with no nights or major holidays, competitive pay starting at $18+ per hour, and weekly pay.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Background checks, onboarding, and training requirements completed.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day.
• Assist students in participating successfully in classroom activities.
• Support implementation of IEPs and BIPs.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Provide personal care assistance, including toileting and hygiene support.
• Observe and report changes in student behavior, health, or performance.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and redirect as needed.
• May accompany students during transportation or school activities as assigned.
