Hourly wage ranges from $23.06 to $27.15, with wage placement based on experience. Schedule is 6.2 hours per day, 5 days per week, 180 days per year, supporting students with instruction and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 60 credits post-secondary education or a passing Para Pro exam.
• PCA Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with licensed and other staff to assist students with academic, behavioral/social/emotional, instruction and daily living skills.
• Assist in implementation of assigned tasks including instruction and assisting students academically.
• Monitor students' independence and behavior management implementation in the classroom.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Communicate students' progress with case managers.
