Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based opportunity in Antioch, California for the 2026-2027 school year. The OT will serve TK through age 22 with direct therapy, consultation, and assessments in a school setting onsite.

The role includes evaluating, developing, and monitoring OT goals, and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Competitive weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible California Occupational Therapist license.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience conducting assessments and providing direct and consultative services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEPs.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and other members of the educational team.
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized OT goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Support students in developing functional skills that promote participation and independence within the educational environment.
