Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) in Janesville, WI for a contract-full-time role in a school setting. The OT will perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document services in accordance with each student’s plan of care.

Requirements include an active OT license in Wisconsin, CPR if applicable, and compliance with all professional standards. Prior OT experience is preferred, and various health screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
