Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide screening to identify children who may be in need of services.
• Provide diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans in relation to student need.
• Provide therapeutic services to students.
• Confer with teachers and staff and offer suggestions/recommendations for implementation.
• Assist the team to make necessary referrals for services from outside agencies.
• Educate parents in supporting their child’s development and resources.
• Serve as a liaison between home, school and community services when follow-up is necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to laws and policies.
