Job summary

Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) at the Peoria Campus (K-8th Grade) to support students with autism programs.

You will assess and implement OT needs, supervise COTA staff, and participate in data-driven instruction and ABA strategies in a classroom integration model. The role requires OTR in AZ, Arizona IVP clearance, and a relevant degree; competitive benefits and sign-on details are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering OT services in a school setting preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills required.
• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card required.
• ABA training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students to identify OT needs and eligibility.
• Supervise COTA staff and mentor classroom staff on OT goals.
• Maintain Medicaid Billing and IEP-related data.
• Write OT goals and progress data for IEPs.
• Attend IEP/MET meetings for OT services.
