Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring a part-time school-based Occupational Therapist in Denver, Colorado. New grads are encouraged to apply, with supportive clinical supervision and mentorship throughout the school year.

You will deliver OT evaluations and therapy services aligned to IEP goals, maintain documentation, complete end-of-year reports, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Colorado Occupational Therapy License and Colorado Department of Education License required.
• Experience with IEP processes and school-based therapy preferred.

• Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
