Qualifications

• Active OT license in Oregon
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Skilled in communicating effectively with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and abilities
• Develop and implement customized therapy interventions within the school environment
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations
