Job summary

Elwyn seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services, evaluating students and guiding interventions through the IEP process. Duties include assessments, data analysis, writing reports, and collaboration with the IEP team to support fine/gross motor, perceptual, cognitive and ADL goals.

The role requires PA OT licensure; newly licensed grads are welcome. The position offers generous PTO, comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OT license required.
• Newly licensed graduates considered.
• Non-profit human service experience preferred.
• Experience with Autism Support, Emotional Support and Life Skills programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of OT assessment tools and reporting.
• Ability to work in a school-based team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in a school setting within IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and write assessments and reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and IEP team.
• Participate in data review and IEP meetings.
• Complete documentation in PDE-required formats.
