Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in WA
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• 1 year of OT Assistant experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• CPR on file if applicable
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable
• Health certificate per contract/regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsabilités

• Assist with standardized assessments and therapy documentation
