Soliant is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists and COTAs to support learners in a school-based setting near Bellingham, WA. This contract opportunity invites you to apply your skills across classrooms, homes, teletherapy, or clinics to help students reach their highest potential.

You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy, collaborating with teachers and families while adapting to diverse caseloads.

Qualifications

• Valid OT or COTA licensure for the state.
• Experience in school-based, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs.
• Passion for helping children develop functional and academic skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services to students with diverse abilities.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set meaningful goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into learning.
• Assist in developing accommodations and strategies to support classroom participation.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Utilize teletherapy tools when appropriate to increase access and support student needs.
