Job summary

Point Quest Group in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support individualized therapy for students in the 2026–2027 school year.

Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll assist with treatment programs, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and help track student progress with thorough documentation. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligible to obtain).
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions is preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment programs based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations.
• Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions.
• Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
• Assist with annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team.
