Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a school-based role in Phoenix, AZ. You will support students under the supervision of a licensed OT, delivering individualized therapy aligned with IEPs and goals.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with school teams. Arizona licensure and fingerprint clearance are required; prior school/pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona COTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment programs based on students' IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals.
• Follow supervising OT guidance for sessions and interventions.
• Conduct data collection and assist with assessments.
• Assist with annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates.
