Job summary

Greene County Educational Service Center seeks a Long Term Substitute Occupational Therapist for 3-4 days per week to support elementary and middle school students in Beavercreek City Schools from late September to mid November.

Must hold a licensed OTR or COTA with an Ohio license and an Ohio Department of Education Pupil Services license or registration. Expect data entry, IEP writing, and collaboration with school staff, with some travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• Tech skills for data input in HPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term substitute OT services for 3-4 days per week in Beavercreek City Schools.
• Write IEPs and collect progress data.
• Input case notes into HPC data management system.
• Travel between Valley Elementary School and Coy Middle School as needed.
