Job summary

Dayton Area School Consortium seeks a Long Term Substitute Occupational Therapist for Beavercreek City Schools. The position supports elementary and middle school students for 3–4 days per week from late September to mid November.

The role requires an Ohio-licensed OTR or COTA and an Ohio ODE Pupil Services license. Strong communication, collaboration, IEP experience, and HPC data-entry skills are essential. Some travel between schools may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed OTR or COTA with an Ohio license plus an Ohio Department of Education Pupil Services license/registration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with many individuals.
• Experience with IEP writing and data collection.
• Proficient with data entry into a data management system (HPC).
• Ability to write IEPs on Same Goal.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students as part of Beavercreek City Schools.
• Write and update IEPs and collect data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other staff.
• Input case notes and data into the HPC system.
• Occasional travel between Valley Elementary School and Coy Middle School.
