Your duties will include managing attendance systems, overseeing health and safety compliance, and supporting recruitment and enrollment processes, while maintaining school values. Strong communication skills and a focus on leadership are essential. Compensation ranges from $103,663 to $122,635 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Operations experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Google platforms and valid CPR/First Aid certification.

• Oversee attendance, child nutrition, recruitment, and enrollment processes.
• Manage health and safety compliance, including emergency drill coordination.
