Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is hiring a Director of School Operations to lead school operations, manage strategic priorities, and ensure optimal learning experiences for students. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of experience in project or program management. Applicants should possess strong team development skills and proficiency in both Spanish and Microsoft Suite. The salary range is between $102,500 and $125,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, human resources or accounting.
• 1+ year of direct people management and team development experience.
• 1+ year of experience in K-12 education or youth development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the School Leader’s vision and mobilize school staff.
• Define vision of school operations excellence.
• Manage student recruitment, enrollment and attendance.
• Design school-wide policies, systems, and procedures.
