Job summary

Co-op Academy Delius is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead an efficient operations service across our campuses, including caretaking, site supervision, cleaning and maintenance, catering, lettings and events management, building works and Health and Safety. You will work with the Senior Leadership team to implement effective operational strategies that support teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (grades 4-9) essential
• Basic Health & Safety certificate essential
• Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH/COSHH etc) desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee caretaking, site supervision, cleaning and maintenance across campuses
• Manage catering, lettings and events across campuses
• Ensure Fire Safety; Health & Safety compliance (IOSHH/COSHH)
• Implement operational strategies to support teaching and learning across sites
