A leading educational organization in Virginia is seeking a School Operations Administrative Assistant. This remote position involves supporting various operations tasks, such as project coordination, data entry, and community outreach. The School Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to all operations tasks within the school by supporting project plans managed by other team members, data entry into school systems and assisting with all functions of the operation team. Responsible for coordinating activities to ensure project tasks are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.

Support school marketing efforts on social media and in the community.
Provide community outreach opportunities for current families and to help grow the school.
Monitor student attendance and upkeep of student records.
Assist in state reporting and compliance efforts.
Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
Complete assigned project tasks to achieve the project goals including oversight of state assessment logistics.
Provide systems support to school operations teams.
Assist with preparation of presentations, as needed.
Updates K12 internal audit tools regularly.
Works collaboratively with all applicable school parties.

Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.
We anticipate the hourly rate of this role to be $20/hr. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This rate is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
