Job summary

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to supporting students and staff.
  • Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenditures and processing invoices.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school office. This position plays a crucial role in managing office staff, supporting school functions, and ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

  • Stand and walk frequently

  • Withstand all demands presented by outside weather conditions at any time of the year

  • Withstand a moderate noise level
