The School of Nursing at D'Youville University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program. This is a faculty appointment with teaching, scholarship, and service responsibilities consistent with the mission of the University and the School of Nursing and AAUP Collective Bargaining Agreement. In addition to regular faculty duties, the selected candidate will serve as Program Director during the first year of program implementation. In this initial phase, the faculty member will provide leadership in program launch, regulatory alignment, curriculum finalization, and operational readiness. Following the first year, the position of program director will be reviewed for potential continuation, based on institutional need.
This is a 10-month, non-tenure earning faculty appointment. Rank is commensurate with qualifications and experience. A course release or stipend may be provided during the first year in recognition of program director responsibilities.
