Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve school-aged children and young adults in the Houston area. This on-site, full-time contract role emphasizes evaluations, rotation-based direct services, ARD attendance, and collaboration with educational staff, using SHARES and Onward health software for documentation.

Expect a caseload up to 70 students (30-40 direct services) with local travel within the assigned zone.

• Licensed OT in Texas.

Make a meaningful impact as a dedicated Occupational Therapist serving school-aged children and young adults, ages 3 to 21, on the southwest side of the Houston area. This full-time, on‑site contract opportunity offers a chance to support multiple schools within a thoughtfully assigned local zone, helping maximize your efficiency and connections with students and teams. You’ll primarily focus on evaluations, rotation‑based direct services, attending ARDs, and collaborating with educational staff—all while using SHARES and Onward school health software to manage documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Experience in school‑based or pediatric OT settings (highly‑qualified COTAs with extensive school experience are welcome to apply)
• Commitment to full‑time hours (37.5 hours/week); part‑time options are unavailable
• Able to provide your own reliable transportation for local school travel within your assigned zone
• Comfortable working independently with a caseload of up to 70 students (with 30‑40 receiving direct services)
• Strong skills in documentation, IEP tracking (Excel), and effective communication with staff and families
• Previous employment with this district not permitted; prior termination from any school district may disqualify
