Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team in Kettering, OH. The contract full-time OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document care according to each plan of care.

Requirements include an active OT license in Ohio, CPR if applicable, and meeting federal/state regulations; 37.5 hours per week at a pay rate of $45 per hour. Applicants must be 18+ and provide health documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of practice (Ohio).
• One year of OT experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services.
