Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to provide coordinated therapy services to school-aged children in our partner districts. You will plan, implement, and evaluate fine motor and sensory interventions and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, and pediatric or school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice.
• Preferably pediatric or school-based experience.
