Summary:

Under general supervision participant completes a training program that will preparethem for all managerial responsibilities including supervision, cashiering, ordering procedures, production, record keeping, etc. in the school nutrition services department. This position is intended to develop a candidate to be considered for a future School Nutrition Services Manager position.
