Independence Mission Schools SS. Cyril & Philomena - Lansdowne, PA is seeking a Nutritional Development Services Worker (NDS). The role acts as liaison between the school and NDS, overseeing meal counts, inventories, heating, serving, and reporting for the national Child Nutrition program.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to manage records in PrimeroEdge, and adherence to HACCP and ServSafe standards. Part-time schedule totals 28.75 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to fill out forms, read reports generated by NDS, and identify discrepancies in reports.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Flexible and open to change in regulations, duties, etc.
• Works well under deadlines.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Hours: 7AM-9:45AM, break, then 10:30AM-1:30PM.
• Total of 28.75 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Determine the number of meals to be prepared.
• Heat and serve meals, ensuring correct internal temperatures.
• Arrange items for serving or transport.
• Ensure each child selects a claimable meal and document at service.
• Enter service data into PrimeroEdge or reconcile reports.
• Complete daily production records and temperature logs.
