Job summary

St. Barnabas, an Independence Mission School, seeks a Nutritional Development Services Worker to serve as the liaison between the school and NDS of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

You will manage meal planning, inventory, daily temperature logs, HACCP compliance, and reporting to NDS, including PrimeroEdge reconciliation, while supporting wellness and allergy considerations for students. This is a part-time role based in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to fill out forms, read reports generated by NDS, and identify discrepancies in reports.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Flexible and open to change in regulations, duties, etc.
• Works well under deadlines.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Determine number of meals to be prepared and organized for serving.
• Heat and serve meals; ensure correct temperatures.
• Maintain line organization and arrange items for serving.
• Ensure each child selects a claimable meal and document at service.
• Enter service data into online database or reconcile PrimeroEdge.
• Complete production records and daily temperature logs.
