Job summary

Maple Grove Senior High in Osseo Area Schools is hiring an Assistant School Nutrition Manager to support daily meal operations and planning. You will assist in creating menus, managing staff, and enforcing USDA nutrition requirements with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong teamwork, communication and record-keeping, with a Monday–Friday schedule during the school year. Beginning immediately, you will work under the Nutrition Manager to support students and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work with diverse groups including students, staff, and community.
• Knowledge of food service operations and USDA guidelines is preferred.
• Maintains accurate records and follows safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nutrition Manager in planning and serving daily meal patterns.
• Support menu planning to meet USDA nutritional requirements.
• Help schedule staff and manage supplies within budget.
• Train staff on recipes, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and district policies.
