Responsibilities

• Assist SNS Manager in daily cafeteria operations.
• Supervise staff and train on food prep, service, cleanup, and cashiering.
• Learn and follow USDA program regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Forecast production needs and order weekly supplies.
• Review deliveries and invoices for accuracy.
• Act as manager in the manager's absence.
• Provide cashiering duties and interact with students and community.
• Unpack and store supplies.
• Assist in completing daily production records and closing paperwork.
