Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Training in school nutrition management or related food service training.
• One year of experience in school nutrition.
• Three or more years of school nutrition experience.
• Experience with current POS and back office software.
• Experience in food ordering, inventory, and office management.
• Completed GaDOE Manager and Culinary Pathway.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees to follow SNP procedures and meet standards.
• Schedules and assigns responsibilities to SNP staff.
• Supervises staff to ensure SNP practices and standards.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
• Maintains inventories and oversees food ordering and storage.
• Prepares documentation and reports as needed.
