Responsibilities

• :Preparation of food as directed by KM
• :Assist with Food Safety of all food
• :Communicate directives from FSD
• :Assist with food preparation, service, portion control, logs
• :Assist with orders and inventory
• :Handle deposits and ensure cashing procedures
• :Operate POS and reconcile transactions
• :Communicate records to parents/teachers/students
• :Correct mistakes as they occur
• :Understand meal pattern requirements and reimburseable meals
• :Ensure correct meal counts and cashier charges
• :Train staff and maintain inventory
• :Follow School Nutrition Guidelines
• :Cross-train to cover KM when out
• :Perform any tasks to meet department mission
• :Carry out directives from KM and Nutrition Director
• :Other duties as directed by KM and Director
