Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food items for student meals as scheduled to ensure safety and quality.
• Sets up serving lines and maintains cleanliness of serving area and utensils.
• Cleans, sanitizes and stores utensils, pans, and equipment.
• Inspects daily food deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as ovens, steamers, mixers, slicer and more.
• May perform cashier duties and assemble bag lunches.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and eating areas.
