Responsibilities

• Prepares breakfast and/or lunch in proper quantities following recipes or directions.
• Serves food with proper portion control and maintains serving lines.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in assigned work areas and cleans kitchen equipment.
• Operates food service appliances and cash registers as assigned and reports major repairs.
• Follows district, state, and USDA rules and standard operating procedures.
