Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfasts and lunches meeting federal, state and district requirements.
• Oversees food service activities at satellite locations and may heat foods per instructions.
• Orders foods and supplies.
• Supervises food service personnel and oversees site operations.
• Maintains records (production, payroll and attendance) per regulations.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, production, service and food quality standards.
• Communicates with students, faculty, parents and staff clearly in person, phone or writing.
