Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfasts and lunches meeting federal, state and district requirements.
• Oversee food service activities at the satellite location; may heat foods per instructions.
• Order foods and supplies.
• Supervise food service personnel and monitor site performance.
• Maintain inventory, storage, handling and portion control to manage costs.
• Keep records (production, payroll, attendance) per regulations.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, production, service and food quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and supervisors.
