Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food preparation in an institutional setting or childcare is preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures; strong record-keeping and HACCP knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks, and serves meals according to standardized recipes.
• Maintains sanitary practices and HACCP standards across kitchen operations.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, storing, and inventorying food and supplies.
• Acts as cashier or back-up during serving periods and maintains accuracy of meals accounting.
