Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of institutional food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals according to standardized recipes.
• Assist in ensuring NSLP compliance and proper recordkeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Operate cash register or serve as cashier during meals as needed.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving per established procedures.
