Job summary

Fort Mill School District is seeking a Student Nutrition Assistant Manager - Floater to support cafeteria operations at the Fort Mill district. The role assists in meal preparation, supervision in the absence of the Cafeteria Manager, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires knowledge of meal patterns, HACCP, and inventory control. You will work with the Cafeteria Manager to ensure accurate production, proper portioning, and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be Food Service certified or willing to obtain certification within a year.
• Experience with serving meals to students and knowledge of USDA meal pattern requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cafeteria Manager in overseeing meal preparation and service to students.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and track invoices and expenses.
• Record daily meal summaries, perform deposits, and ensure compliance with USDA meal pattern and HACCP rules.
