Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operation and assist manager as needed.
• Join rotating work schedule with CN staff.
• Assist with weekly market orders.
• Complete monthly inventory and payroll twice yearly.
• Count money and make daily deposits.
• Collaborate on production records and CN guidelines.
• Communicate personnel strengths/weaknesses to manager.
• Assist with minor personnel issues in the cafeteria.
