Jennings County School District in North Vernon is seeking a School Nurse to provide comprehensive health services, assess health needs, and coordinate care to minimize absences and support learning. You will implement nursing plans and work with families and healthcare providers.

The role includes administering immunizations, screenings, maintaining records, developing ICHP/IEP-related actions, and participating in school teams to promote a healthy educational environment for all students.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, symptoms, diagnoses and treatments.
• Ability to diagnose and provide care for ill or injured students.
• Ability to maintain accurate health records and communicate with families and staff.

• Collaborate with health care providers, parents and staff to ensure continuity of care.
