Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a School Nurse RN to provide one-on-one medical care for a student with multiple disabilities within a school setting. You will meet the student each day on campus and administer treatments, monitor health, and document care while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and the health team to develop individualized health plans, ensure safety, and support the student's participation in learning activities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license
• Experience in pediatric, school, or special needs nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct medical and personal care to the assigned student throughout the school day
• Administer medications and treatments according to the student’s health care plan
• Monitor and document the student’s health status, interventions, and outcomes
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and communicate effectively with caregivers and staff
• Advocate for the student’s health and safety needs within the school community
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with privacy regulations
• Educate school staff on relevant health issues and emergency procedures as needed
