Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a student in a school setting. The position offers competitive hourly pay and weekly paychecks, with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

The RN will deliver direct nursing care, monitor medical needs, and support the student’s daily activities during school hours. Prior RN experience and valid state license are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility or state regulations.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card on file.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs (trach, vent, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring with rescue meds, personal care, diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient.
