Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to work one on one with a student in the school setting. The position pays hourly and offers competitive weekly paychecks, as well as comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

The RN will provide nursing care for students with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue meds, personal care, diabetic care) and may ride the bus to and from school with the patient.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the practicing state.
• Current health certificate as required by facility or state.
• Current PPD
• Current BLS card; one year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient.
