Job summary

Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers is hiring a 1:1 Classroom Nurse (LPN or RN) for a school-based assignment in Grand Rapids, MI. This role provides direct nursing care to a student with a dedicated schedule and support from a clinical team.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with no evenings or weekends. Current MI license and BLS CPR certification are required; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR BLS certification.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer tube feedings.
• Provide skilled nursing care throughout the school day.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, family, and agency personnel.
• Document care provided according to agency policies.
