• Interpret, implement and document quality measures per Indiana standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional behavior as an adult role model.
• Maintain safety and privacy, and educate students and parents as needed.
• Disseminate health information to school personnel per regulation.
• Follow established protocols approved by medical director.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
