Qualifications

• Valid NJ RN license.
• CPR-Pro or Healthcare Provider CPR as required by contract.
• Pediatric experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review immunization records for school age children.
• Assist with medical/dental screenings.
• Prepare and file state reports as required by law.
• Conduct audiometric, scoliosis, vision, height and weight screenings.
• Administer medication and provide first aid as needed.
• Notify guardians of screening findings and recommendations.
• Submit monthly report of health services and screenings to Catapult Learning Regional Director.
